When accelerating, it easily reaches great speeds and is incredible on hills; it climbs them with ease. I love it because it has double brakes, which helps a lot for my safety.It's not that heavy and it's foldable, so it's easy to carry and store.The battery lasts a long time, and when you charge it, it does so immediately.

It has excellent quality and is easy to assemble. It is fast and stable, which makes it easy to travel from one place to another. It is stable because it is not likely to fall while you are on it. You should buy this for your family! I highly recommend it.

Poor quality. We bought 4. All gently used, flat ground. Barely 33 miles on it when the range for a single trip is 19 miles. 2 completely stopped working. One won't even turn on. 1 turns on, brake light blinks and it won't go anywhere at all. After 3 calls and no lie 4 + hours on phone nothing. First two times the Amazon rep said I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours from the manufacturer and they ignored. Never heard a single thing from manufacturer to back up their products. Apparently the name of the game is to make garbage that can last just past some ridiculously short time frame and then stonewall. Honestly I'm not surprised from something built in China standards, I am more upset with Amazon who wouldn't hold their feet to the fire and take care of a great long term customer. I expected them to do better and they didn't. Either way.. Avoid this product and the manufacturer Roinside altogether!

Honestly for the price point probably one of the best options out there. I rode it 2 miles a day for about 5 months and it was holding up well except for the tires.Compared to previous scooter with no suspension this was night and day. I could never imagine going back.Front tire had smoothed out pretty badly to the point it was starting to become a concern in the rain. Not sure how you could even go about replacing the tread as it seemed integral. If you know how to do that then you’ve got a long lasting option.
