Excellent product
Affordable, fast delivery and precisely as advertised. Bought for a large, hardwood patio table ahead of a long hot spell. Easily applied just 2 coats, dried quickly, with plenty still in the tin for 3rd coat when cooler. Even then, will only have used a quarter of the tin. Ample left for other items high finishes. Lastly, a good quality tin and lid for frequent use, thank you

Tarnish the Varnish
I love sitting out in the summer on the garden furniture, but it is of an age that needs touching up each year. A nice layer of varnish helps protect the wood from the elements. This 'Bondex UV Protect Wood Varnish' is a no-nonsense clear varnish that does the trick. I usually prefer a coloured tint, but this varnish can be used after you apply that.The varnish comes in a paint pot like holder that you open. It is a little thick and white looking. Use a decent size brush and it does spread and dry clear. It adds a little shine to the wood, but also you can feel a protective layer on the wood. It seems to be working well, but the clear varnish has highlighted, rather than hidden, some of the patchy parts of the furniture.

Easy to use!
First timer using anything like this & would recommend! I'd had a large wooden planter made & this gave the perfect finish/hopefully protection 🤞. Like a white glue consistency, little goes a long way. Easy to apply & leaves a nice, clear varnished finish.

so far so good
Used on home made storage box (made form pallettes) easy to apply - quite thick but spreads well and dries smooth and clear.Looks good so far - will see how well it weathers now over the next couple of months as so far its only had some sunny weather and a few light showers.

so easy to put on but as our weather is so changable we want to put second coat on to really protect our item

Takes too many coats compared to say yacht varnish, but is a quick dryer.

Easy to use and efficient
I made wooden chest from the pallets to have a nice place for my flowers and keep its natural colour . Passed perfectly 😁
