Crumbs are not crumbly, more like powdery dust
So all you'll need to do is soften some butter and add a little flour to the "crumbs" combine it in thick crumbly chunks and you've got yourself a crumb cake. Otherwise, it's just cinnamon sugar dust.

I bought this because I really wanted some cinnamon quick bread, that wouldn't take me long to make. Only thing is the price is more than double that of the ones I recently found at my local grocery store. It is a sweet quick bread that is easy to make. The crumb topping doesn't stick well to the outside of cupcakes, unless you press it down on top. I think it is better made as a loaf.
