Sometimes I get a piece that has a lot of brown grain or a knot through it... but that's nature adding character ☺️ it's a tree it can't be perfect to you it's perfect for it. Since I started burning on this wood I don't wanna go back. Always smooth. Never cracked or broken. I even bought the 6 pack and was impressed with that too. Boards are great. Ordered 24 and all look very nice. Nice bark along all edges. Only issue it I went to order more after inspecting the quality and the price jumped up $13 in only a couple days!

Nice product, ships fast which is helpful

I wish I had taken a pic but I needed to get right onto the orders I had waiting. The wood itself was wonderful. A couple were not cut straight on the ends like they were slanted when being cut. My biggest problem was the packaging. Live edge bark is wonderful but fragile when shipped. I had a lot of breakage since they were just placed in a box with no packaging. Maybe bubble wrap or wrap them in craft paper to help from being bounced around during shipment (just a thought). The wood itself was great and they were shipped promptly and arrived quickly.
