I purchased this SKALA Mais Crespos treatment specifically for my teenage daughter who has type 3c hair, and it’s become another winner in our household. This 2-in-1 conditioning treatment and cream works exceptionally well as a deep conditioner for her hair type. It’s specifically formulated for 4ABC hair, but works well with all curls. Yes!!! Finally a conditioner that actually works and is versatile!! I have a mix of 3C/4A hair that is always thirsty for moisture. It was fate that I found this gem while looking for a leave in that I could use as a deep conditioner and also as a leave in without weighing my hair down. This is it! It conditioners beautifully and I can use it in the mornings to refresh my slick back bun with just a little bit of water. It doesn't leave a white cast or buildup and my hair is soft, smooth, hydrated with no frizzies in sight! The smell is very fresh and lasts throughout the day. Most days, I only use a spritz of water followed by this conditioner and sealed with a bit of Bask & Lather Hair Balm. That's it and my slick bun lasts all day with amazing shine, moisture, and hold! The ultimate bonus is the huge product size. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to buy!

I have curly hair and this leave in keeps my hair soft and does not frizz. It smells wonderful. My curls are soft and beautiful. It’s thick and you only need a little bit. Very effective.

Great amount for the price. Smells amazing! Conditions my hair. But not the “type 4” product people say lol. Doesn’t give me definition. But does define looser textures in my household.

I was extremely skeptical because I have type for hair, not type 4C or 4B it’s a little bit of a mix of those two. It’s not just one type so it’s really hard to find products but this works pretty good and my hair feels healthy and it’s super soft. I was actually able to departed and detangle it and under five minutes. It’s super short right now cause I just did a big chop because I couldn’t find the right products to detangle it. I didn’t even have to part it with a pick I was just using my fingers and I was able to run my fingers through my hair for the first time in over 13 years without having it to be straight or blow dry. The product itself smells really good. It doesn’t really define my curls but it might with somebody else, but I really don’t care about curl definition. I just wanted to be able to detangler my hair and style it without having to spend three hours, just trying to brush it out. 🥺 10/10 and I have maybe hair that’s roughly to the back of my neck and I used was maybe 2 tablespoons of the hair moisturizer and my hair is still moisturized and the jar is huge and still filled to the top pretty much, which is amazing because usually products aren’t this cheap and effective. I would highly recommend if you have type 4 low porosity hair. My scalp is very sensitive to products so I’ll wait and update this later on if I get really bad buildup.

My curl's type are 3c and 4a. My hair is always hydrated and the curls are perfect. Highly recommend it!
