Needed a laptop for work
Cuz my iPad Pro wasn’t capable of doing everything I needed. This works. But I doubt it will work for more than a year. I’m sure next year I’ll have to replace it. It’s slow and loud and the battery life isn’t superb. But it’ll do for now! It’s light and big which is nice cuz I have like 10 windows open and split on my screen at all times.

The touchpad sucks
I’ve had this computer for all but 12 hours and I can hardly stand to do anything on it because the touchpad is garbage. It clicks when you don’t click anything, it doesn’t let me scroll properly, it’s just absolutely infuriating and I’ve tried everything to fix it!

Incredibly slow
For a brand new computer this is incredibly slow. It feels like I'm using a 20 year old desktop computer with how slow it is and how it freezes for a couple seconds at a time. The actual computer is nice and light and thin but the touhpad is sensitive and is constantly moving the cursor elsewhere when my palm grazes it slightly.

You get what you pay for.
I did not expect and excellent Laptop for this price and I was not disappointed. The keyboard is super cheap, and mine just decided to type random letters on its own after a few days of use. The device was rendered unusable. I'm sure this might be a one time defect, but I'm not surprised given the low build quality of the keyboard. To be fair, the screen quality is nice.

Had Problems
Nice Laptop, but would not stay on line. Kept getting disconnected from WiFi. Ended up returning the laptop

Trouble with start up and glitches
Started this up and it was fast however once I started customizing the glitches and problems started, I kept receiving a msg saying “you’ll need a new app to access ms-overlay” tried looking up some troubleshooting techniques to fix the problem and nothing worked. Idk I might return this which is disappointing

Great for dual enrollment student
The computer was great for my dual enrollment student. It had everything she needed for both high school and college classes.
