This is the 3.25" version of the pillow, and it's perfect. I've also tried the slummer versions, and those are good, too, but after experimenting like Goldilocks, this one is just right. I often have a stiff neck and I like these pillows because they keep my neck at a comfortable angle. I rotate through both side and back sleeping throughout the night. They are both firm (you won't sink far down into them like a big, fluffy, pillow) and soft in texture. Pillow preference is a very individualized sort of thing so I can't say it's for everyone. I can say it's a quality product that seems well designed and is worth a try if you don't find big, puffy pillows that constantly go flat and need re-plumping to be comfortable.

This is the perfect pillow to use after shoulder surgery . Once you transition from your La-Z-Boy chair to the bed, you need a somewhat thin pillow to put underneath your shoulder and arm for support. This is the best one on the market and I have tried several. It’s cooling it’s thin and it’s perfect, also once you start your rehab at home, there are several exercises laying on your bed that you do for your shoulder and once again, this is the perfect pillow for that. I highly recommend this pillow.

I have the slimmest version and love it. I have sleep apnea and it can be difficult and frustrating to have a little head support without triggering the throat closure - so far this is the best for me. It’s a squishy, bendy, springy little thing that feels good sleeping flat or on my side.It also is causing a bit of truck riot between my two dogs who now both want to ride shotgun with the pillow. I had the idea to cushion the seal belt protrusion that made my dog always lean into the dashboard. She now leans into the seat corner with the pillow and loves it. To prevent truck chaos I am putting one in the backseat for my older girl girl who loves a good nap. Yeah, they are spoiled a little. 😉

This was the perfect thickness. I truly wanted to love it. It was not as soft as I wanted. I was willing to give up softness for cooling. I just wish it did cool.

This pillow finally works for me. It's not too high or too low. It supports my neck. I don't feel that much cooler using it, but it is also soft, but not too soft, so I still recommend it.

Pillow was just what I wanted. Not a large pillow, only about 2 inches thick and not a soft, fluffy pillow.

The pillow does not stay cool, it gets about as warm as any other pillow after a few uses. The pillow is also a little firmer than I had hoped for.**edit: the seller/company has reached out after reviewing my previous comments. They’ve been very generous in offering to replace the product. I do think this would possibly be a good pillow for others, just not specifically me. You just never really know with pillows unless you try it yourself. But customer service is good!

If you are having knee surgery this is a must have. Rest the pillow between the knees and it works perfectly. We use a tee shirt as a pillow case.
