Lovely book.
I was struggling to understand what exactly is overthinking and was I overthinking. I searched all over the web and read quite a few books. But could not get a proper answer. Since the english version was not available in Amazon India, I went for the tamil edition. Now after reading this book, I came to know I was overthinking. Now I am able to keep a check on this and control my thoughts without allowing them to wander.
