A great item and a responsive seller. And very well packaged, too.

Good for small/medium sized items. Looks smart when in situe.
Takes small to medium box type packages or quite a few small packages. Not for big items. Nice size and easy to put onto the wall (it took two of us as we are elderly). Positioned it above the ground so water doesn't accumulate under it. good value for money. Looks well.

Easy to fix to a wall, large capacity.
Arrived very well packed with no damage. Easy to hang on a wall. All the delivery companies started using it straight away. Made from sheet metal looks durable. Large capacity, only two boxes didn’t fit. There was some water ingress after persistent rain.

Not safe and secure
Do not buy this product if you are looking for a safe and secure parcel box. It is easy for anyone to retrieve parcels simply by opening the flap and reaching in. You also have to pay to return the item which works out costly as the item is so heavy.

Very handy for when no one is home to accept a package.

Its ok, does the job.
Its ok, but not 100% theft proof, as people still can reach in to take stuff, unless the item is very small and can't be reached. So be careful what items you recieve in the bin. It does the job, but up to the point, depending on the size of parcel.

Initially thought it was a bit flimsy but once bolted to the wall it is strong enough. Bought this version as it takes bigger parcels. Very pleased with it.
