Perfect size if you have several pills to take every morning and evening.
I needed a am/pm pill organizer that was not tiny. This one is perfect. However, each one is very hard to open. I don't want the pills to fall out because they are too easy to open so difficult is probably better.

Secure snap to the lids
Had trouble with previous pill boxes and the kids not snapping into place securely. These lids snaps down with a secure click and honestly are a little difficult to open but I prefer that over them opening accidentally.

Best 4 dollars I've spent,Ever! come to think of it.
It's hard to believe you get a solid built,A.M-P.M pill organizer, that's sturdy, has good sized initials for each day of the week, clear lids for day time, and baby blue lids for night time slots. The lids for each day are hinged, and have a tab to pull up pill flaps,I am going through some heavy medical care, and could never remember if I took my meds, and there the ones you can't eat twice if you forget, point being, each days compartment will hold 35 round Advil pills,to give you an idea of how big each slot is, unless your taking more than 35 pills at a time, this is more than adequate. That doesn't mean the container is overly sized, but it will come in handy for anyone who's on several daily meds. Last point, this same pill organizer, that's equally well built with dual day/night slots is almost 30.00 bucks at the drug store,I am comparing this one to the best one at the rx store, and this one is ten times better than their best one,and this was like 4.16. after tax. Regardless it is a very good product, quality material and Made in the U.S.A.

You get what you pay for
There is a reason this is called Amazon Basic Care. It is the lowest level of quality that is up to the standards for Amazon products. Yes, it is a weekly pill organizer that helps you manage your weekly medicine. Yes, it has AM and PM slots for morning and evening pills. This fulfills the basic functions. If you are looking for something handier, look elsewhere. The flaps for each individual daily sections are connected to the center frame and are not removable. If only one flap for one day gets broken (and, with time, it will) the whole organizer become worthless. You also have to find some way to hold open the flaps when putting the pills into the daily containers. Others, of higher quality, make the flaps removable and replacable to facilitate pill distribution. Having the flaps connected to the middle also means that the flaps will wear out more quickly, meaning you will have to replace them more often. For the price, you get what you pay for. If you want better, you will have to pay a higher price. Although the quality of the plastic is reasonably high, it is not built for longevity. Even the ones I got from "Another Retailer" were of better quality, and the flaps were removable for easy pill distribution, but they have discontinued carrying them. If you want, use these until you can get an organizer that has less hastles.

Not very heavy duty if dropped the pills pop.out
Not the highest of quality for leaving on the nightstand (or bed or purse lol) of someone who needs their meds made up . They pop open if dropped after just a couple of months . But if you have a clear memory and can leave them somewhere convenient on a little tray I suppose they would last awhile

Super Practical AM/PM Pill Organizer – Makes Life Easier!
I take a few supplements every day (morning and night) and this 7-day Amazon Basic Care organizer has been a huge help. The AM/PM compartments are exactly what I needed so I don’t mix up doses or forget. Each section is big enough to hold everything I take without cramming — easily fits 8-10 pills per slot. The contoured bottoms make it easy to grab the pills out without digging, and the clear lids are great because I can see if I already took them or not. It’s simple but really well designed. I just fill it up once a week and I’m good to go.Way better than the small cheap organizers I’ve used before. The blue and clear look is clean too.If you take meds or supplements twice a day, this one is perfect. Solid quality for the price and actually useful.5 stars. I’m really glad I got it and will keep using it every week. Highly recommend!

Good quality
I love this pill organizer I bought for my mom. It makes it easy for her to get her pills in the morning and easy for them to be done for the week for her. It’s easy to throw in a bag and even when dropped the pills have never spilt.

Got these for my mom, no major complaints especially at the price.
Go this for my mom as she sucks at taking her vitamins and hates getting them out one by one. This works great. Quality is pretty good, feels pretty sturdy, not like anything would break or snap off. If you're going on a trip, this is definitely a good buy as you can get a week (or twos) supply, and pack it pretty easily. The lids are a little hard to pop open as the notches are kinda short, but not a major issue. For 5 bucks I was super happy with it. Compartments are a little slim when trying to remove pills, but again not an issue.
