No, it is a micro computer and will not fit a graphics card.

Can I buy it without keyboard an mouse?

keyboard and mouse come complimentary so unfortunately removing them does not affect the price.

Does the computer come with an Internal WiFi + Bluetooth adapter as shown on the pictures an external antenna connection?

I ordered 10 of these and the one I opened and prepared for deployment had the external connection too but the internal WiFi / Bluetooth card was missing. So the answer is no. It has the antenna connection but no antenna and no card. They provided aftermarket USB external ones. Very basic, but they seem to work ok as long as your in decent range of the AP.
