The tip is not sturdy enough, but if you bite off the small amount off the tip there is plenty left and then they are perfect.

Had been using a similar product from every night for years, and these were less expensive so I figured I'd give them a try. Useless. They are so flaccid and soft they can't go through most of my teeth. I need to use five or six to get the job done that I could have accomplished with one single GUM brand pic. So when I thought I was saving money, I'm actually spending three times as much. Penny wise, pound foolish. Rubbish.

These dental picks are just right for cleaning between my bridge and gums. As they are flexible, they don't hurt trying to insert next to gum. The handle is flattened and easy to grip when using. Pricing was fair. I will buy these again. Arrived very quickly as promised.

The shaft is too soft! They bend when you are trying to floss. Practically unusable.
