Amazing Machine At an Amazing Price
My daughter and her 2 children were spending $30-$40 every morning for an expensive coffee shop drinks every morning. I seen this machine on Amazon and did some research on it and what it’s able to do. I purchased the machine and an additional recipe book that was made to go with the machine. Now my daughter and both kids are making their own drinks,both hot and cold for an average of $2-$3 dollars each according to my daughter and it makes a regular pot of coffee for GMA and Gpa every morning that we stay over. They all love this machine

Hmmm
Don't even try it. I like a french press but while cleaning it, it slipping from my wet, coffee ground covered hands... so I thought... oh let's be an adult and get a coffee machine. Also, wanted to occasionally have an espresso and Swiss desert of hot espresso over vanilla ice cream. Thing is all plastic and I had to use 4 times the amount of coffee to get a barely drinkable drip. Espresso never got hot enough. This is the second De'Longhi product I am not happy with. I ended up ordering a new french press and went with the Solis Barista Perffeta Plus. First espresso... mmmmmmm and HOT!

Ruined an exciting present
Bought this for my mom, had fun using for a weak before the steam wand started shooting milk and not work then the espresso wouldn’t pull and when I took out the handle the water would shoot out when I tried to return it wouldn’t let me even when I said it was unopened

Good quality.
The machine makes good coffee but the reason for taking out 2 stars is because the machine doesn't allow you to clean well. The coffee pot's design always leaves some coffee and it never comes out of the pot. It just does not drain to its last drop which makes you waste coffee and super difficult to clean it. Noise is ok but the machine is big so if you have small kitchen or already crowed one, then rethink.
