Easy to setup barcode scanner. Tried on both android and iPhone. Worked well with either. Holds a charge for a long time, outlasted iPhone battery. Very cost effective way to replace heavy old barcode guns. Also works well separate from the phone. But program you use will dictate whether you need to verify input on phone screen. Highly recommend.

This worked amazingly well. Scanner works great! Linked to my phone with ease. Adjusted as needed. I am thoroughly impressed with the functionality and affordability of this product.

iPhone 15 camera bezel doesn't allow it to fit well. Scanner works fine. You cannot use it alongside a case as the clamp grips are too tight and built to be grabbing a bare phone. Ideally the clamp grips were taller allowing cases and non case. And ideally the scanner piece was thinner allowing to work with phones with large camera modules. The idea is great and its much better to buy a $100 android and this than a $1000 rugged scanner phone for warehouse use. Hopefully they improve it.

When I press the power button, it just beeps on its own and then shuts off. I'm using an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a clear case, and I think I have to remove the case to use it properly. It would be better if it fit the phone a bit more precisely. Still, among the current options, the design and price are good. It's just a bit disappointing. I’ve only used it a few times, so it’s frustrating that it broke this quickly. On the bright side, it’s very lightweight.

First unit worked after I opened the box. Able to scan and use. Brought to work in the box, arrived at my job, went to use it... Dead. No scan, no Bluetooth pairing nothing. I messaged tera for a solution, tera replied 18 hours later requesting a video. Amazon was able to replace the unit. My video shows the original dead unit (dead within 24 hours, fully charged, unable to use in ANY connectivity mode) and the new unit that scans and works. My stars will change if Tera is able to give me support to repair the first one OR I find that the second unit is actually reliable over a longer term.

This is a fantastic barcode scanner for 1D and 2D codes. Pocket sized so easy to carry around, and wireless to make it more convenient than a wired scanner. As is normally the case with barcode scanners, the settings are configured using barcodes in the instruction manual, which I found straightforward to use - although I am familiar with these devices having used a wired 1D scanner for some time as well as a previous 1100 Model of the Tera bluetooth scanner (1D only) for the last few months. The body is black, and the button and 'Tera' logo are blue. It comes with a short lanyard and is charged ready to go. It is larger than the old 1D scanners, and also has a battery about double the capacity for longer life. Although I never had a problem with the battery in the old scanner. Another design improvement is that the 'scan' button no longer sticks out, so if it is in a pocket it doesnt get pressed accidentally. I had no problem setting it into Bluetooth pairing mode and connecting it to my Windows 11 laptop. The first scan I tried out was the QR code on my business card, and it scanned perfectly into a search engine box, coming up with my home page so no problems there. I really like this wireless scanner and am happy that is more versatile than my previous ones, I will also be using it with my phone now, as I run some Christmas Fayre stalls and I will be able to scan in the sales instead of typing in the amounts. Every little bit of added efficiency helps. This is easily a five star product for me and the price at the time of review was around £46, which is competitive in the marketplace for 1D/2D scanners. For something cheaper the 1D scanners may be enough for you.

I sell shoes and leather fabric, so I hoped this product would help me improve my inventory process. You'll need a lot of patience using this barcode scanner. It is not a user-friendly device, but once you learn how to use it, it will become your best friend. It is not straightforward to use at first. The user manual provides sound, transmission mode, trigger mode, and more instructions. I was not able to find the bar code to turn it off, but it turned off on its own after a few minutes. It can scan barcodes and QR codes, which I find impressive. It makes a beep sound and vibrates when it successfully scans a code. You can turn on/off the sound and vibration, and you can select the language you prefer. You don't need an app to use it. I used it with my Android phone, so the data gets recorded on my phone notes. I also used it on my laptop with Windows 11. There are times when it can't scan quickly. It happens a few times, but scanning is swift most of the time. Overall, I find it an efficient tool once you learn how it works properly.
