I had surgery to remove a tumor in one of my fingers. I had lost a lot of mobility and it made it difficult to type, write, etc. My doctor recommended one of these and I bought this. I kept it next to my chair and when I was just sitting I would pick it up and just work that finger. It took about a year but I got back about 75% of my mobility back. Due to the extent of the surgery I know I will never get back to 100% but I can now type, write and grip with the finger. Highly recommend.

It works well for instrument practice exercises

Good for finger strengthening, but should have come with some kind of instruction on how to adjust the tension for each finger.

If you add any resistance, and a key is pushed at a slight angle (as seen in the company's own photos) then the operation is not smooth. You have plastic rubbing against plastic and binding.

I read that this is adjustable it is not it comes at the lowest possible setting Which is far too low for someone recovering from a strokeit comes at its lowest setting - Which is far too light for meno instructions included - hint is a small knob at the bottom of each of the detents turn that but it only goes one waywhen I finally got it on my hand my good hand it works but it pinches the skin between my fingers pretty severely black and blue

I purchased this to regain flexibility in my fingers after breaking my wrist. I want to get back to playing the guitar. It works, but the plastic against plastic is sticky when you operate the keys so it’s not as smooth movement.
