Versatile Hurricane Camping Item
Briefly tested and seems to do all it’s supposed to do! Bought it for the next hurricane in our area… which hopefully never comes! Light is very bright, descent radio reception. Also charges your phone. I think it should be useful if we lose power again during a storm.

Pretty good emergency lantern
I love devices that have multiple functions. This is one of those. It has some speakers built in a light, a charger. It doesn't excel at all of them. The sound is decent. It's not high fidelity, but it is ok for a light sound, it seems it would be better used for news/talk than music overall. The charging is a nice function as well. The speed it charges is decent, it also can be hand cranked, but suspects that would take a long while to charge that way.I really love that you can use this to charge devices as well. Again not superfast, but it does work well. All in all a good emergency lantern That I'm happy to add to my kit.

Handy in a power outage
I live in hurricane alley and I’m always looking for solar or rechargeable items that will make my life easier in a power failure. This lantern as a number of features that fit the bill, not only is it solar powered there’s also a hand crank to run the weather radio. The lantern provides lots of light, perfect at night when there’s no power and there is a port for charging your phone. The lantern comes with a nice carrying bag to keep it clean and dry, and can be hung to illuminate a larger area. Great addition to my hurricane kit.

Not An Outstanding Product but Overall A Good Addition to An Emergency Kit
After testing out this Emergency LED Camping Lantern, I must say it offers a variety of functionalities, but not all of them work flawlessly. On the positive side, the digital display is a nice addition, allowing easy tuning into radio stations. Speaking of the radio, the reception is quite acceptable, thanks to the concealed antennae that can be conveniently withdrawn from the body. The lantern function is impressive, providing a good amount of light, which is perfect for camping or any outdoor activities. However, I did find the transition to flashlight mode a bit awkward, as the lantern-like shape doesn't translate perfectly to the flashlight setting. One aspect that disappointed me is the flashlight's strength, which turned out to be rather weak. Additionally, the design of the case doesn't adequately protect the flashlight face when placed on the ground. As a result, it's susceptible to scratches when placed on hard surfaces like pavement. On a positive note, I appreciated the inclusion of multiple charging options, such as solar, hand crank, or adapter. However, the tiny solar panel's charging capability was somewhat underwhelming. It would take a considerable amount of time, possibly days or even weeks, to fully charge the battery using solar power alone.Despite these shortcomings, I found the speakers to be surprisingly good, providing decent sound for its size. This feature adds to the lantern's versatility, making it suitable for entertainment during camping trips. In conclusion, this Lantern certainly offers several useful features, including a digital display, acceptable radio reception, and a good amount of light output. Nevertheless, the weak flashlight, vulnerability of the flashlight face, and limited charging efficiency of the solar panel are areas that could use improvement. On the bright side, the various charging options and the lantern's overall design make it a practical addition to any emergency kit.

Ok, but seems overpriced and solar charging does not work
General Observations:-First full charge took about 3.5 hours-WB: only 2 stations received in relatively metropolitan area-NOAA: not able to test since no alerts going on at time of testing-Lantern appears to use about 1 segment of power for each hour of usage (10 segments total)PROS:-Flashlight: good brightness, but is quite awkward to hold in hand. It would be more appropriate to light a pathway while holding it from the lantern handle-Lantern: good brightness; adjustable light color-Bluetooth: easy to pair-Phone charging: was able to charge my phone from 72% to 100% in less than one hour. The unit power bar lost only one of 10 segments.-Nice antenna storage.CONS:-Radio: automatic channel search - a lot of "found" stations are just static-Speakers: fair, a little tinny. EQ setting helps with bass, but it resets to default each time the unit is turned off.-Unit arrived with small scratch on solar panel-Solar charging: After about 7 days on a sunny south-facing window sill or on my backyard deck and the power status bar actually appears to have lost one segment!-Instructions indicate charging while using the unit will cause battery degradation. But then how do you use the radio or other functions during daylight hours? Do you need to cover the solar panels? (but maybe this is not an issue since solar charging does not appear to work!)-Crank charging: works ok, but according to instructions would need to cranked for 30 minutes!CONCLUSION:Overall a good sturdy multipurpose emergency tool. But sound quality and faulty solar charging are disappointing. Seems overpriced at $70: a price of $50-60 would seem more reasonable.
