it’s probably a great product but i have really bad cortisol and cholesterol so i needed a MUCH higher dose. i just didn’t feel much effect from this but im also on anti anxiety so it could do that i just wouldn’t know

Effective and Dosage control.
I've tried other ashwaganda products in the past that I didn't notice anything other than negative effects from them. I struggle with anxiety and I work in a high stress environment. Some days are better than others! I love that it's a tincture because I can control how much I get with each dose. I noticed a change pretty quickly with this product, so much that I've recommended it to some friends of mine. The flavor isn't bad, I just put it under my tongue and hold it there for about 30-60 seconds in the morning. It lasts all day. It doesn't make me feel tired, I just feel calm.
