This was exactly what I needed to replace a worn out head on my Jebao DP-3 pump. Years of use had worn through the stock line as well just wore out the rollers so rather than mess with it, I replaced it with this unit and it worked perfectly. The line is slightly smaller in diameter by 1mm, so recalibration was needed, but that's easy.

I ordered two of these, one came perfect and one came without the little clips that hold the tubing inside the pump. So when it ran, it would just work the tubing out of the pump. Luckily I was using these to replace two heads that I already had, and then rebuild those heads to have as a spare, so I already had the clips. But someone who wasn't in my situation would have to send it back for another pump.

I use this to pump small amounts of very potent hydrogen peroxide and this is the only time i have had to replace the mechanism. It holds up very well to the highly reactive substance and is in an environment that itself is prone to a great deal of heat and UV despite this it works flawlessly and actually outlasted the motor in the pump it was attached to.

Unfortunately, this does not fit my particular device, there is no central arbor for driving the rollers. However this is because this pumphead is for a different device than mine.

These 12V DC DIY Peristaltic Dosing Pumps are good for DIY projects where you need to measure an exact amount of liquid. You can use them with Arduino/ESP32/Raspberry Pi to output a specific amount of liquid when needed. For example you could have a hydro culture system where an ESP 32 took nutrient level readings then added fertilizer as needed. There are so many things you can do with these where you need specific amounts of liquid dispersed.

Several years ago I made a 4 chem laundry dispenser, a month ago one of the pump heads had something spilled on it that really messed it up... This little parts kit contained all the parts to replace the whole thing. It was identical to the pumps in every way. Simple, flawless replacement that only took a few minutes to do. I could not be more grateful that I did not have to buy the whole thing!

The pump is decent quality. It’s exactly what I would expect from a product at this price. It comes in a clear box that kept it clean and free of damage. I don’t have any kind of standard pump unit, so I can’t comment on how it will fit for you. I have this attached to a stepper motor with a custom controller.

I use a small low-flow peristaltic pump for sample preparation in my lab. These spare parts are useful! Better to keep using the pump instead of spending on a new one and saves money. Exactly as described, I’d recommend.

So I got the product and it's missing parts, it's supose to have 1m of silicone tube and it did not come with it. I been trying for a while to contact seller and I can't, spent time with Amazon bots only to be told to drive like 50k one way to ship a 15$ item back to get a refund... that's a joke, yet seriously what I'm expected to do. Make it ezer to contact the seller so I can request the missing parts. So yeah this was not a good experance and I still don't have what I need for my pump. Thanks for showing me how to send China my money and not get what I asked for, and then expect me to use more money on principle to get it back the 15$.. this is ridiculous. Update, that parts that did arrive, don't work. No seal no suction. Fail to draw liquid. Waste of money and resources.
