This is absolutely the best knife ive ever purchased! Super sharp comfortable handle too !! Just wish it were dishwasher safe

I think it should be sharper, The edge just didn't have that real sharp feel to it so I sharpened it up some more myself. However I used it to make salad just last night for the first time and the curve of the blade actually I think is a advantage. You kind of can do a rocking motion and I think it makes cutting a little easier. And for something like carrots having all that weight of the blade which this is at least as heavy as it looks for something like carrots having all that weight I think helps make cutting a little easier as well. I was able to dice up some cheese and made the cubes surprisingly small as I sliced up some colby jack. So yeah if it had come out of the box with a really sharp blade I would have given it five stars.

I'm very happy with the purchase of this knife it's heavy it's good as it fits in your hand comfortably. Because it's a little bit heavier than a regular knife it's tends to assist with the cutting of vegetables and meat. I would recommend this product.
