The Amazon product description lists the metal as brass. In other online descriptions I find this pen described as copper. Which is correct?

Which pressurized / space pen refills will fit this pen?

You can use the adapter included with the refill and the space pen refill will work.

Is this open actually made of copper? Or is it just copper in color?

Copper coated. Wasn't a real big fan of the pen. Leaks if you don't retract the pen and if you drop it, it seems to land point down every time. Put three replacement cartridges in it because every time it fell and landed ink point down.

Is there a convertor for this pen so I can fill with my own ink or does it just use refills?

The Tornado also comes in a Fountain Pen mode, which will take international cartridges. Not sure about the converter for this pen, but an empty cartridge could be filled with a desired ink.
