Hi,You can not purchase replacement keys, you must buy a key blank and then get this cut to match your existing key or buy a new replacement lock pack with x2 new keys.

Is weatherproof waterproof? - i have a weatherproof box at the moment that lets in water.

can I leave the door unlocked so that a parcel can be deliver or will it not shut unless it's locked?

If you leave the door open then the postman can leave the parcel in but, you need the key to lock it up after or the door will not close and it will exposed what you have had delivered.
