Had a few of these smart switches in my old house and they worked well, so I put them everywhere in my new build. Setup is straightforward, and then they just work. The app is great, and the integration with Alexa is very simple. The best part about these is setting up scenes, routines, and automations. I've got porch lights on at sunset and off at sunrise, bedroom light on at 6:30 AM, etc, closet lights to shut off after 5 minutes (for the kids that like to leave them on all the time). This is one piece of tech that can save money and adds such convenience!

Easy install. Connects easily to Apple HomeKit. So much better than my old smart switches.

Quality switch, easy to add to HomeKit, I wish they dimmed further. The 2-way switches dim the lights significantly more, at the lowest setting it's too bright for me.

Complete garbage. It took many tries to pair these things with Apple HomeKit. Then the next day all of them stopped responding. The included documentation conflicts itself saying in one place you don’t need their app and in another saying you definitely do. Well their app is junk and doesn’t pair at all. These things drop off of pairing mode after about 10 minutes and there’s no documentation on how to put them into pairing mode. I had to find something on a support forum. As a dimmer they are total garbage. I’m so angry I bought these things and paid to have them installed.

The switches work well…unless they don’t. Out of the 4 pack, one failed after a few months. A 25% failure rate is unacceptable; realizing this is not an adequate sample size to determine actual statistical relevance. Roll the dice and save the package for return. Of course if you paid for install, you’re not going to get a refund on that, or the cost of installing the replacement.

I have purchased many items from this company and they've always worked. This one is no exception. It was easy to wire and connect to, and my one complaint is that the 1% setting is still too bright with Phillips LEDs. Their plug in switch does a better job there. Installation tip: if you're working multiple items, get some wago connectors and skip the twist-ons. They're less annoying and you can easily re-wire in the future.

Poor quality. These will spontaneously drop off the app and no longer work. No rhyme or reason- they just disappear from time to time and you have to delete from the app and set up as new, which is a pain. Would not recommend

Just as easy to install as any other light switch, and connecting them to a smart home is straight forward. I’ve had them for a while now and had no issues with connectivity.
