Read the reviews and saw about the small size but honestly still let out a small laugh when i saw the sizes. You get what you pay for so don’t expect much product. I don't use much product so they actually ended up lasting me quite awhile. And it made it way easier to buy a bigger container of the right product by letting me try different textures and shines. Definitely recommend

Love that there are different options. It helped me decide which one I liked best before I bought the large size. I like the wax the best. It holds all day. I also love the way the product smells.

Bought all kinds of products! Needed non greesy feel/look, non crusty (gel ugh), natural, holds medium length hair up. Preferred to run fingers through hair and wanted a hold into day two. Winner: Crew Molding Clay.Others:Sauvecito Pomade firme - This is overly perfumed gel. It is crusty when dried. Hard pass.Crew Heavy Hold Pomade - Felt like the Sauvecito Pomade, less crusty and no fragrance. Hold wasn't as strong as other products.Crew Fiber - Second place! Smooth feel like grooming cream and molding clay had a baby. Hair needs to be drier when put in. Loses hold when touched though.Crew Grooming Cream - Thick grease feel. Holds very well but I didn't like touching my hair after -- which does not break hold when you do.Equate Pomade Medium Hold - This is what you'd expect from Pomade feel. Wears out in one day and loses hold though.Trendsetter Matte Wax - Got the sample pack which is highly recommend just for feeling out prosucts. Found medium not enough hold. Firm was right but their firm is too stiff and unnatural feeling. Sample pack size good for travel to touch-up places after the fact.Crew Molding Clay - Drier feel and hair just feels natural while fingers can smoothy go through -- which does not break the hold. Holds very well day one and holds like the pomade on day two. I reapply day two if I care.The dampness of your hair effects the hold -- all water based. So play with dryness when using a new product.I use molding clay throughout and grooming cream on my kalik so nothing gets out of place. Cream perfectly controls any straggler hairs.If I saved you money, you're welcome!

They jars are as small as you can imagine, the size of a quarter coin. - OMG! 4 jars can fit on. Credit card. I feel cheated.I buy large jars same brand and I like it. I wanted to sample the other types but this is really small samples.

The product holds hair well.... I personally didn't like the strong smell. It was nice to be able to try as samples at a reasonable price though.

I am a big fan of beers that come in a variety pack. You get to try several styles. This is not quite the same, but, in general, being able to try out 4 different styling products from this brand was a real winner. They were quite smart to offer this. I might not have tried them otherwise, as the men's hair styling product market is quite crowded. Because of the sample pack, I tried Trendstarter, and... I like their product quite a bit! Each of the 4 is relatively small, but each one contains enough for multiple days. I say several reviews that stated not enough in each one, and even that there's enough for only 1 use. HOW MUCH GOOP ARE PEOPLE PUTTING IN THEIR HAIR??? My gosh, take it easy. I don't keep my hair very short at all, and I'm finding that each one lasts long enough to get a feel.. Again, a REAL WINNER.

I have a 15yr old boy and didn’t know what to get him for his hair. We did expect the trials to be a bit bigger, but that’s what happens when you don’t do more research. This was a good way to find the type of hold he likes and try different kinds without breaking the bank and buying a bunch of full sizes that he doesn’t like

I was looking for a new textured hair wax and decided to try these samples out. They are small, but each one would still probably last me a week or more on my pixie cut. I tried the matte wax today and liked it enough. It did dry up on my hands before I could actually rub it into my hair so I had to use more product than I normally do, but still it did the job. However, the smell for me is horrible. It smells like I have muscle rub on now and I've been getting whiffs of it throughout the day. I smelled the other 3 samples and they all seem to have the same scent. I liked the wax, but that smell is a deal breaker for me. Maybe it's meant for men idk, but I wouldn't want to smell that on my husband either.
