I've tried several creatine supplements over the years, and these chewable tablets are by far the most convenient. I like that I can just keep them in my gym bag and take them before or after workouts. I noticed improved workout endurance and slightly better recovery after a few weeks of consistent use. The only downside is that they contain a bit of sugar and artificial flavor, but overall the convenience makes up for it.

Very good product. In my opinion better than the powder and taste way better. The added salt is also nice for more definition during training.

I've tried all the flavors. I actually like grape the best. I'm not a grape guy by any means but it has a nice texture and sweety/sour profile. Fruit punch was good but seemed less chalky and I like the chalky.
