I love them SO MUCH. People weren't kidding about the sizing. I wear a 9.5-10 in most brands (11 in TUK creepers for some reason) and ordered a 9. They're pretty freaking vast, but if I went down to an 8 I'd have to wear them with tights. This style is outrageously cute with socks and legwarmers, so I'm just padding them out with my huge sock collection. They're working for me with a single pair of chunky merino socks, or a pair of running shortie socks underneath a thin cotton pair of fashion socks. Struggled quite a lot with the buckles for some reason but they'll sort themselves out. I love the little notch across the top of the foot. Just a really well designed shoe. Wildly comfy right out of the box, which is not something I've ever said about a pair of Docs before.

I LOVE these shoes! I receive so many compliments every time I wear them, even from strangers! They are my absolute favorites and I'm so glad I bought them. You should by them, too! But there are a few things you need to know: First, these run really big. I am a size 9 wide, and I ordered the 8 and it is perfect. If your foot has any chub like mine does, buckling them for the first time will be a nightmare. It took me 15 minutes. I nearly gave up, but I got them done and they go on and off without unbuckling them. Second, they are heavy. The soles/heels on these things are substantial, to say the least. I do notice this a bit if I'm doing a lot of walking but if I'm hanging out at my desk for most of the day, it's really not a big deal. These are pretty comfortable and easy to walk in, despite the heel height. The platform helps a lot with that. Really, though, I love that they are just the slightest bit edgy while still being office appropriate. Truly my new favorite - I find myself coming up with new outfit ideas just to get more wear out of these adorable shoes!

American size 8 women, in Doc Marten's wear size 7. If in doubt, go to the Doc Martens website and use the women's sizing chart; literally measure the length of your largest foot, and determine your Doc Marten size. All other shoes I wear size 8, but with Doc Marten heels, shoes, and boots, it is always size 7 (women). These heels are genuine leather. I can run in these heels. The Air Wair Bouncing Soles are very comfortable and cushioning on aging feet. For example, standing on marble flooring for over an hour. They have a classic look, coordinate with most anything attire, but give yourself 5 extra minutes to put these on if you are rushing to get out the door. Each shoe has straps and hardware that are durable, but take some time properly securing. These are not slip-on heels. Doc Martens tend to be deep shoes & boots, so sometimes I need some type of shoe insert to help remedy that, but not an issue for me. I don't wear these shoes with socks, only pantyhose "footies"(very sheer). My feet, toes, ankles, etc, never ever ache wearing these heels. I really hope and wish Doc Martens comes out with more heels like they did a few years back, because they are my favorite heels for a multitude of reasons. Yes, the leather is true-to-form Doc Marten stiff I know people have complained about for years, but I actually appreciate. I deeply dislike artificial leather. I want genuine animal hide so my favorite shoes last for more than a decade, especially when I bother to take good care of said leather. So, yeah, I recommend these. They are fun to wear and comfortable. A cool & modern twist on the typical Mary Jane shoe. I hope to see some Doc Marten t-strap heels in the future, too.

super cute shoe for the collection! easy to walk in but i havent worn for a full day yet so ill update this review once i do if my mind changes on that. a little heavy but high quality. cons- the sizing is super odd. i will say, i didnt read the sizing chart and just ordered based off the size of other docs i own and that was my bad. normally im a 7.5 in any other shoe, and size up to 8 in docs but these aren't boots so the 8 was huge and ended up returning for the 7. They fit fine with socks but are too big without socks which is slightly annoying. Ill probably end up buying padding for the heel to wear without socks but I really wish they made half sizes. they aren't very comfortable but thats docs and im sure will change with break-in. Ill come back and update the review after a full day of wear!

If you have chubby or wide feet, these will definitely take some breaking in to do.. i have slightly wide feet. They do feel slightly tight on the side of my foot by my pinky. Also, I am a US 6.5 and I got a US 5. The rest of the reviews are right, you have to size down. I usually size down to 6 with Docs. This time i went to 5 and it fits PERFECTLY. They're super cute btw. And easy to walk in. I would definitely recommend

I’ve gone back and forth on these and had a hard time making a decision just because they’re fairly expensive. I read the reviews but decided to get them anyway. Which they’re adorable and look great with some nylons and a skirt, my feet are killing me within a couple of hours. They’re not uncomfortable because they’re stiff, but the height of the heel does put a lot of pressure on the balls of the feet. They’re great quality and look nice, but be aware that you will probably be hurting in these. Also, they do run large. I wear a size 6 in regular shoes and I had to order these in a size 5.

I was so concerned that these would hurt the back of my heel when I wore them, but nope, they fit like a glove and they are beautiful. My fiance likes them a lot as well, I've been wearing them on our dates, and due to the comfort, have decided to toss out a lot of my old heels and shoes that I just don't even look at because I truly don't think I've had such nice quality shoes.

La compra llegó en tiempo y en perfectas condiciones. Siguiendo el consejo de varias reseñas compré la talla 6 - 23 cuando generalmente yo uso 7 1/2 - 24.5 y me quedaron perfectos. Son impresionantemente cómodos, en todos los sentidos. Son los primeros zapatos altos con los que puedo caminar normalmente y hasta correr sin ningún problema. Las correas viene un poco cortas. No soy de pie gordo y tuve que ponerlas en el último hoyo. Va a depender mucho del gusto de cada quien, pero para mi, se ven absolutamente hermosos con pantalón, con vestido o con lo que sea. A pesar de su tamaño son muy ligeros y su tecnología Air Wair hace que se sientan como acolchados en el interior. Ahora quiero todos los modelos de Dr Martens. ¡Los amo!

Vienen grandes, si eres de pies delgados pide una talla menos, si eres de pies gruesos pide media talla menos, por lo demás muy cómodos y de buena calidad.
