I purchased DeWorld’s console and buzzer joy sticks game package for question and answer competitions at a senior citizen facility. The participants loved the ease and lightness of the joy stick buzzers. It made our games a huge success. I highly recommend this game package for people aged 5 to 95 years. An added bonus was the accommodating and friendly service of DeWorld’s employees. I give a big five star rating to this company and will buy from them again.

This product was unreliable. The joysticks would buzz when pressed, but the console to determine which joystick was pressed first only worked for 2-3 uses. After that, the unit was useless. The setup was also difficult to use. I will look for a wireless system next time from a different manufacturer.

Yes they work and accurately determine who pressed the button first every time. Unfortunately, the cables are so short for a set of 8 buzzers that if 8 people played a game simultaneously, let's just say it would be a very intimate experience. I tried using this in a classroom setting, with 4th graders, and only using 4 buzzers for 4 teams of 2. Even that was uncomfortably cramped. And why do we have to put batteries into EVERY SINGLE REMOTE? Why not just have them all get power from the central unit? And the battery compartments are secured by a screw, so it's a lot of work inserting and removing all those batteries. Overall, this system does the bare minimum it's supposed to, but does it so poorly that it makes you wonder if the people who designed it have ever even tried using it. Yes the cables are 1/8" aux plugs so they shouldn't be difficult to get extensions for. And if the set was $30, then sure I could make a few modifications and have a pretty decent game show system for my class. But at this price, I'd expect it to be wireless bluetooth and have big colorful buttons with a big colorful LCD and animations on the display unit. Maybe there just isn't a big market fot these kinds of things in the U.S. I'm not sure, but it's slim pickings for these buzzer sets. I am sending this one back and will probably try to build my own with an Arduino or some repurposed bluetooth peripherals connected to a tablet or something.

These work exactly how described. However, I did not like that you had to wait 10 seconds for the next person to be able to buzz in. I bought these for a family game night, and the waiting between buzzes seemed never ending. I think the time could be shortened for that. Also, the buzzers are sooo loud with no volume control. However, it you hold it with your hand covering the speaker, it does quiet the buzz. Overall, this made game night more fun and easier to play trivia! I would have just liked those few changes

Customer Service is great and corrected an issue I had with the purchase!!!!!

First, it is a pain to unscrew each buzzer to load the batteries. However, I understand it may be a safety issue if these are used around young kids. I finally loaded each one, tested every buzzer and they were working. About 12 hours later, I went to use them during a class, and only 3 of the 8 buzzers worked. Highly disappointed. I don’t recommend.
