The truth about Alfa
I was so excited to get this product due to all the hype about it, I seen. When I received it, I told myself that I can’t wait to try this out for work the next day. So I popped a pouch in my mouth the morning of work and waited and waited to feel ANY effects for energy or memory or just any damn thing whatsoever, but NOTHING AT ALL. I kept using it continuously and nothing at all was felt. So like usual, I was bummed and my search continues for something that actually works. So I honestly can say this product is not at all what they say it is. Wasted money is what it was. BE WARNED!!

Quitting Zyn
These have helped us quit Zyn! We became addicted to Zyn during Covid and realized how bad it was affecting our mental health. Became very anxious. These had a great taste (mango especially) and allowed for us to stop Zyns completely. Will buy again, if needed. These were a little large for my mouth, but my husband didn’t seem to mind the size. I don’t know if the mental clarify I felt was from stopping Zyn or from these guys, but I felt like the 3 weeks I was using these I had massive energy and mental clarity. Try these if you are trying to quit nicotine pouches!

Not again
Bought a 5 pack based on mostly positive reviews. I regret it as I'm a cheapskate and am now forcing myself to use up these pouches instead of tossing them out.Thoughts: The flavor is seriously lacking until you've had the pouch in for ~ 30 minutes. At that point the mango starts coming through, but it brings with it an ammonia flavor so strong it tastes like a litter box smells. Additionally, the sweetener is unpleasant.As far as the caffeine is concerned, I've not noticed it. I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine and feel nothing. The nootropics aren't doing anything either as I've gone through three cans and I'm still a lazy idiot. LOL.I tossed a Zyn in the other day and it was heavenly. I'd skip these and try another non-nicotine pouch.

Can this replace your Zyn cravings? Yes.Is mango the flavor to get? No. It’s not a very rich flavor, very vague.
