These get the job done. They are advertised as shower shoes / pool sandals, but my son wears them around the house as "slippers" year-round. Though they are cute enough to wear out. Super cushy. My son loves them and they come in so many colors.

I got a pair of these for myself and they are so comfortable, I decided to get a pair for my daughter. She’s 9 and wears Size 2Y . Perfect fit. Don’t fall off. Comfy but she has to get used to walking in them as she keeps tripping. Or maybe she’s just clumsy lol either way, I would recommend these.
