In my 20's, I could train hard 6 days a week, see gains and hardly got pains and niggles. as I've got older, its harder to gain muscle most likely due to not training as hard and often due to pains and niggles.I decided to give this a go as I heard Andrew Huberman talking about it.Within about 2 weeks, my motivation to workout increased, I could train harder (back to 6 days a week) and haven't been feeling any pains or niggles.Combined with hard work, I have definitely seen a change in my body and strength.Definitely recommend this!

In late 40s and just reached a plateau in training. Can lift harder but leaves me sore + washed out will no benefits. Initially, felt no improvement but then in 3rd week found consistently lifting 20 -30kg more than usual without the previous issuesIt will let you train past a wall in training if you are older but it won't give you incredible gains in performance+ muscle bulk immediately

Not sure it does anything

After a week or so noticed my strength increasing and recovery got quicker! Still have to put the work in but gives you tools to develop and improve all round!
