I recently bought this product for my wife as she wanted to do some home workouts rather than travel to the gym as we have small children.The bands are extremely durable and aesthetically pleasing. Great value for money and perfect for their intended use.Delivery was very quick, the product was nicely packaged and I also received follow up messages from Imogen and John making sure everything was in order with a free exercise guide attached, which was a nice surprise!All in all, a 5 star product and 5 star service from a 5 star business. Great product. Arrived within a couple of days. Even though my dog decided the postman was bringing him a present and completely shredded the packaging, the band was completely in tact! It shows this is a really quality product because this dog can destroy a dog toy designed for power cheers in half an hour and he had this for half a day. I'm tempted to get another one just for him! In terms of the use it's designed for, it's perfect for my physio exercises!

I bought the pink and dark purple resistance bands as I figured they would provide a good place to start and a good place to work up to. The pink band is perfect for someone who is just starting out as the strength isn't too strong but also isn't too weak so a good balance of the two. The stretch/ elasticity is really good and can be pulled quite far. The only down fall is that the band's tend to roll up (I use them for donkey kick backs, fire hydrant and to strengthen my arms and during donkey kick backs the band begins to roll up and often dig in rather uncomfortably).The exercise guide that comes with the band's (via a pdf emailed after purchase) is helpful, especially if you are a first time band user and have no clue about positionings for each exercise. I think these bands are well worth the money and recommend them if you are considering them.

I picked this one specifically due to the price as it was so cheap, and also had quick delivery. I needed this to do my BBG workouts at home. The stretch in this is good, and I think it’s good for beginners. However, I think the band may not be wide enough, as I’ve found that when I try to put the band around my legs and do certain exercises, it rolls up in itself, as it then feels like I have an elastic band around me instead. It’s quite painful! I’m going to try it out a few more times, but for this reason, I don’t think I’d purchase this again.

Great bands to start with for beginners. I’d never used resistance bands before but these were not only affordable but definitely ideal for home workouts when you can’t get to the gym, as well as using them in the gym when I’m doing weight and resistance work. I’ve got both the pink and lilac - highly recommend

This is a great product which I would thoroughly recommend. It arrived very quickly & is exactly as it is described here. The one thing I would perhaps say; is that it isn’t obvious that each colour is a different strength? I got the dark pink which is believe is ‘medium’ which is absolutely perfect for me, but perhaps the difference in the bands could be exaggerated. Overall, this product is great value for money I can’t recommend enough.

Don’t waste your time buying this band. It’s flimsy and rolls up your legs every time you try to put it on and do something other than a squat. You get what you pay for I guess when it comes to resistance bands. I will buy a fabric one next time so it won’t roll up. This band is also way to light even for a beginner it barely does anything.

Arrived on time in perfect condition. Easy and great to use, I may even buy the next ones up in the set for more resistance. I loved the personal touch of a message from the seller containing an exercise guide of what exercises to do using the band!

I bought these for a gift to a neighbor and friend. She has a heart condition, and in "rehab" the use of resistance bands is part of her therapy. Now she has a set for home use. Her Therapist said that resistance bands now with attached grip handles, so that it is gentler on the palms. She loves the colors and the quality, which make the exercises enjoyable, and doing her daily regimen, less a chore .

I thought this product would be cheap when I opened the package due to the material but when I actually used the band to work out it was HORRIBLE! Rolls up and is wayy to “thin” to be considered a resistance band

I purchased the medium and the extra heavy. I love them both. Great resistance, has really improved my bed time workout. They don't seem to be magnets for every bit of dust or pet hair like other bands I've used, which is a big plus.

I love this band! It is super durable. I’ve used it almost every day for four months now and it is still in great shape. Would definitely recommend. I will be coming back to purchase more when I need a smaller band.

Not bad. I didn't want to spend too much on a resistance bands, so for the price it's worth it, but it feels cheaper than it actually is. It's pretty slippery on the clothes, maybe because it's brand new? It's my first time using these type of elastics so I am unsure if it's supposed to be slippery. But it works. On a positive note, it arrived way earlier than it was supposed to, I am so happy with Amazon shipping services! they are seriously the best you can find.
