A bang for the buck.
Welcome to the microcosmic circus, ladies and gentlemen, where the star of the show is none other than the Andonstar AD210 10.1 Inch LCD Digital Microscope. This isn't your granddad's magnifying glass; this is a full-blown digital adventure into the world of tiny things, brought to you by a screen so large, it's like watching "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" in IMAX.First off, let's talk about the screen. A whopping 10.1 inches of IPS display glory, with a viewing angle so wide, you can share your microscopic discoveries with half the room without needing to pass the device around. It's like having your own private cinema for solder joints and error coins. The clarity? 1080P video and 12MP photos that'll make you believe you've got a superpower for seeing minute details. Now, onto the stand - because what's a circus without a sturdy ringmaster? The AD210 comes with an upgraded metal stand that's got more stability than a three-legged stool in a still life painting. With a working distance of 10.2 inches, you can explore the intricate details of coins, including those sneaky error ones, without turning your inspection into a neck-craning session. It's perfect for those "I need to see if this coin has a minting error" moments or when you're playing detective with solder points. But wait, there's more! This microscope isn't just for the coin collectors or the electronics tinkerers; it's a biological explorer's dream too, thanks to the included biological slides kit. Suddenly, you're not just fixing your TV; you're on an expedition to see what's inside a leaf or what makes a bug tick (or crawl, rather). The lighting system is like having your own personal sun, moon, and stars. With three types of adjustable LED illumination, you can light up your subject like it's a stage for the world’s smallest Shakespeare play. Top light for coins, side lights for soldering, and a bottom light for those biological slides - it’s like having mood lighting for your micro-world.And let's not forget the 32GB SD card that comes with it. You can capture so many images and videos, you'll need to start a YouTube channel just for your microscopic adventures. The remote control? It's like having a magic wand, letting you snap photos, adjust brightness, and zoom in without touching the microscope, ensuring your subject stays still enough for the perfect shot.Value-wise, this microscope is like finding a treasure map that actually leads to gold. For what you get - a large screen, versatile stand, comprehensive lighting, educational slides, and storage - it's an investment in your hobby or profession that pays dividends in precision and fun.In conclusion, if you're looking for a microscope that does more than just magnify, the Andonstar AD210 is your ticket to the big top of miniature observation. It's not just a tool; it's an experience, wrapped in quality and delivered with a side of humor. So, whether you're fixing gadgets or exploring nature's tiniest details, this microscope will make you feel like the ringleader of your own micro-cosmos.

Easy to set up & start using
Got this for husband as birthday gift. He loves it. Works really well and was easy to set up. He metal detects so he uses this to check out all his "treasures" he finds. Likes the ability to adjust lighting, scale, etc... Good quality. Great price.

Nice Digital Microscope
This digital microscope is a great entry-level tool for soldering tiny circuit components, such as SMD components as small as 0603 sizes, or examining items general item in closeup. The components are very well packaged and easy to assemble and set up. The instructions are fairly straightforward but with somewhat poor translations, as usual, being manufactured and supplied directly from China. There were a few components supplied that were not included in the instructions, like slide hold-down clips (metal clips, springs, and screws), it was obvious where they could be installed as an option. They are in the way for my applications and needs so I removed them, but that is purely personal. Everything shown in the photo is included. The display is fairly crisp, and the adjustability is great, (height adjustment). Having a good range of height adjustability is pretty much required if using soldering equipment, so this is a plus. The camera can be focused quite easily, so no issues there. It also has its own downlight. The display is made from thin plastic and feels flimsy, but it also seems to be made of HDPE-like plastic, so it seems less likely to break or crack. The remote feels extremely light and cheap but is made from the same material. The box states this to be for professional use. One thing that bugs me is the use of "professional," which seems to be on everything from China to legitimize and instill quality in their products. This is not by any means a professional product and would never be considered a tool in the professional repair industry. It is purely for average consumers who may use it from time to time.Five microscope slides are included, but only as a selling point to induce interest and the feeling of getting more value. This is not a high-level zoom microscope, so these slides are pretty lackluster when used with this microscope. They are decent enough to see on the screen, but those slides are really meant for higher magnification and work as expected under an actual microscope. The included slide holder is pretty neat and uses the same power barrel plug that powers the flexible lights. You will have to unplug the base and then plug in the slide viewer.Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. The price is fair, and the stand's materials are made of metal and extruded aluminum, which adds some stability when used.

Better than most
It works well with pcb boards and has a lot more room than competing models it's able to magnify much larger on a big screen making it easier for working on stuff

Good Camera
This camera was installed on the back of an RV. It works great to be used as a 'rear view mirror'. It compliments the physical mirrors on the RV in order to view traffic directly behind the RV. The display is large enough for a good view. The video is a little jerky but it is still clear and gets the job done. This was a good purchase.
