Golf Swing Rope Trainer

Do not buy any other tool for rope drills. This one is perfect. First day with it, already feeling great. Even as a warm up for other things. 100% well done.

I’ve been golfing for years and this is one of the BEST training aids I’ve used.It’s great for tempo. If you over swing you’ll get instant feedback. Swing too hard and the rope will give you a nice slap.Because of the weight, It teaches you to extend your arms on the downswing so you don’t chicken wing your club which reduces the likelihood of topping the ball.You will also learn to swing at the bottom of your swing arc which prevents casting your club.It’s also a great warm up before a round of golf.I would highly recommend it if you’re serious about your game.

Made of high quality materials. The only thing that would make this product better would be to have a molded grip on the rope.

I was struggling with my swing tempo. This really helped me to feel the tempo, So easy to use . It significantly improved my tempo. Would buy it again for sure.

If you want to better learn how to transition and move fluidly, this is it. You probably found this via Dr. Kwon's videos, and if you haven't go there next. But this is a great training aid overall and really easy to bring with you in your bag to the course. I warm up with it before each round.

I really like the concept because it gives a person the right swing movement but it is too heavy and too long for a person like me. I am 5'1 and pretty strong but the whip lands on my back and feels like a rock so it defeats the purpose of a continues swing.

I don't know why for sure, but swinging this rope really seems to help my golf swing. I found the Dr Kwon videos on YT and started with the basic rope. This one is just taped together, which I could have done, but it does make holding it more comfortable. I find it helps me with smoothing out my tempo, turning (not swaying) and extending/releasing through the swing. If I swung it every day I'd probably do a lot better, but I was too lazy to cut and tape my own rope so......

I have watched a few videos with Dr. Kwon before ordering. This rope is very well made, and I don't expect it to fray or come apart. I am able to swing it in my basement with lower ceilings. It takes some time, but I can definitely feel improved tempo. I need more work on the swing plane. It is a little more difficult without taking video down the line. Just the same I do feel it is getting better.
