Great tea

It was bitter, for sure! I only used 6 or 8 pieces in a few cups of water.

I will be more than glad to buy it again and I will be keeping this information so that I can buy more I like that it was a lot of herb in the bag I like the way that it still had its potency and it was very fresh and came very fast delivery thank you.

so I only tried this once and I'm not sure if it worked. it was really bitter I didn't add any sweetener so I'll try it again to see.

I haven’t drank this tea. I only use it for Yoni purposes with a mixture of other teas. It’s a lot cheaper than buying the Yoni mix and it works great..

This birch tea was a special treat for me for sentimental reasons since my aunt from West Virginia used to make 'Birch Aid,' the nickname for Birch bark tea. This was the first birch aid I've had in 60 years.

I have been eating 3x seeds in the morning and it works great in regulating digestion issues. Highly Recommended.

I do not like the slippery Elm at all. I have never had a tea in my life, that will NOT strain through the tea mesh strainer. It’s very hard to explain, like even if you take a wooden spoon and TRY to force it to strain, it balloons up and there’s no way to actually make tea with it?! I don’t know how to explain it. It’s like water in a bag and the bag is sealed, you just can’t get any out. It’s very weird!! NOT happy with this at all!
