Very good - pretty accurate regulation.
I used these to power an Arduino 328P from a 3.7V lithium battery.The jumpers on the back allow a selection of output voltages, the 5V option gives 5.08V with 50mA load which is pretty good. Efficiency seems good too, no appreciable heat dissipation on the PCB.

Not working as described
I bought a pack of these. Very cheap but nicely made. Unfortunately, 3 of the 10 had the tops of the ferrite coil formers smashed off, presumably in the post, but not worth making a fuss in view of the price. The other surprise was that they all outputted 12V, irrespective of what voltage was programmed using the solder pads (as detailed on the screenprinted table on the reverse of the board). Handy if you want to run a 12V device from a 3.7V LiPo cell, a bit of a disaster if the device is expecting 5V. SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK THE OUTPUT WITH A METER BEFORE CONNECTING TO YOUR LOAD to avoid problems!

Great for the price
Works as expected. Although people have given it less than 5 stars due to it always outputting 12v. If you read the description and as iconed on the component itself, you have to unsolder one or two of the diodes(?) label A and B for less voltage.

Just use side cutters
Just used side cutters to remove the diodes according to the diagram on the back of the board.

Quiescent current too high
Bought these items to boost the voltage for a battery operated Alarm. Which I was supplying with a solar panel. The Alarm itself drew only 0.35mA. But this boost circuit drew about 8mA on its own. So quickly ran the batteries down. They do work as described. But not suitable for my application.

Einzel-Leiterplatten nicht zerlegt!
Artikel kam pünktlich und gut verpackt. Man sollte aber eine Möglichkeit haben, die zehn Module zu zerlegen. Es kamen 8 + 2 Module jeweils unzerteilt (Siehe Foto)!Ob die Module technisch funktionieren, habe ich noch nicht getestet.Musste erstmal einen Weg finden, die Module voneinander zu trennen, ohne die Elektronik zu schädigen ...Die Leiterplatten sind marginal geritzt. Bei gegebener Vorsicht kriegt man sie definitiv nicht durch Brechen wie eine Tafel Schokolade zerlegt.Mit ein wenig Geduld und vorsichtigem "Nachritzen" mit einem Teppichmesser auf der Bauteilseite kriegt man die Module aber getrennt ... Deshalb sehe ich von einer drei-Sterne-Bewertung ab ...Nachtrag 09.01.2024 Eines der Module ist seit einiger Zeit im Einsatz, um einen induktiven Näherungsschalter mit 12 V zu versorgen. Der Näherungsschalter braucht 6 ... 36 V. Verfügbar waren 5 V aus einem Steckernetzteil, was die restliche Elektronik versorgt. Funktioniert tadellos nach Setzen der entsprechenden Lötbrücken.

Fanno perfettemamente quello che promettono
Oggi ne ho provato uno, ho rimosso con un piccolo saldatore il diodo B per erogare 9v su una fan noctua 12v. Ho un mini pc su cui ho montato la ventola che eroga massimo 5v, quindi la ventola non partiva proprio, la system fan non ha PCM quindi ho optato 9v e non 12 per non farla girare al massimo. Funziona perfettamente, a 5v la ventola non partiva senza una spinta ora invece funziona perfettamente, si sente che non va al massimo perché non fa rumore. Perfetti

super pour alimenter des LED en 12V
fonctionne très bien mais la sélection 12 V est dure a souder... il faut mètre en connexion des contacts a micro-souder...

Die Konverter funktionieren...
Ich bekam einen Riegel mit 10 Teilen. Die Trennung war durch Abbrechen problemlos möglich. Einer hatte einen Kurzschluss, war damit unbrauchbar. Die restlichen 9 funktionierten, wenn es auch nicht sofort danach aussah. Ich wollte von 3,7 V (Lipo Batterie) auf 5V einstellen. Dazu muss man ziemlich oft! nach links drehen, bis die 5V am Messgerät angezeigt werden. Also nicht aufgeben!, einfach weiter drehen.
