I’ve always had a really hard time getting chicken perfectly right in the oven because it depends on the thickness and how long it is to cook so when I used this thermometer everyone loved the chicken it came out perfect and juicy!

They are very nice and easy to use.

I have purchased 3 of these now. One for outside at my grill, one for in the kitchen, and one as a gift for a friend. They are super accurate and perfect for checking meats and fish. I use the backlight when working with the outdoor grill at night. The light works well, but turns off after a couple of seconds. Love this thing!

I love this thermometer however to say it is waterproof is inaccurate.I’m going on my 3rd one because it has been placed in the sink to be washed and stops working each time

While I love this thermometer, I only gave it a rating of 4 because the product description is inaccurate. It clearly states that it uses CR2450 battery and I ordered extras so I'd have replacements on hand. But when it arrived and I opened it, it actually uses a CR2032 which means I wasted money on replacement batteries. An accurate product description is very important to me.

I've had three digital thermometers, one stick version suffered mechanical failure, and one wireless one with a probe stopped working after it was left out and it rained (my bad). So I decided to try this fold-out style.It's quite fast and the folding probe gives you good ability to test food w/o burning yourself. (I use this mainly on my grill.) Readout is clear and we've been keeping it on the fridge -- the magnet is handy.Overall I'm very happy with this unit so far.
