This steamer would be ok if the base had five arms/prongs and was larger. Anytime I move it, it tips over due to the base being too small and only has four arms/prongs. Super disappointing and I waited too long to return to lost my $ of course but do not recommend this item at all as it could cause a major accident and possibly hurt your client or yourself due to its being so unstable.

Brand new put it together with the sketchy instructions which is poorly translated. All it does is beep on the hot side. I dried the sensor, it’s at the max level for water still nothing on the hot steamer part which is what I need. It will not heat the water or stop beeping and no instructions at all for that.

Wasn’t to sure of this because of the reviews. But so far so good.

Would beep on me then I would turn it on then I would turn it off and on couple times, and then it would start working that was for the first month after that would only beep. Love the idea of both hot and cold, but apparently this unit has a bad wrap and I can vouch for that. It worked for me about five times. Would NOT Recommend!

Product not effective. Began smoking and not working properly after a few months of receiving. Hoping a replacement will be sent.

The color is purple..not what the picture is..misleading and all plastic..very cheaply made .not happy with purchase at all..

Missing the manual and I messaged the seller who does not care to message back. I will not recommend anyone to buy this cos it is hard to set up without the manual.
