I love how the design is both adaptable and customizable. A little pricey but the quality is superb! Very roomy and holds an abundance of products.

Ordered this as a cheaper alternative to one I found in Ulta, and it’s perfect! The condition it came in was great, no flaws or broken parts. So far it seems nice and sturdy, but only time will tell if it’ll stay that way. Off the bat, however, it’s very well made. The storage space is also amazing! It fits all of my makeup (which is admittedly more than I’ll ever use) and makes it so much easier to organize with the adjustable compartments. The attachable strap makes it much easier to carry, and I love the fact it’s lockable.

It's a solid traincase with great storage capacity which is exactly what I want. You do have to manually open up the trays after the cover, I was hoping there is a build in mechanism where the trays are connected to the cover and open up at the same time. The internal compartments have smooth surface makes cleaning easier.

Sturdy and stylish, easily customizable dividers that are fairly secure once placed. Smooth hinges and locks work great. A padded handle or shoulder strap would have been nice though.

First, I have never wrote a negative review but I am so shocked and disappointed, I want to start by saying I’m a make up artist and I purchased this bag in February. I tried to reach the seller a few times before I actually wrote this review in hopes that this could get rectified. The first two weeks after I purchased this bag, the inseams on the inside pockets started to tear. I really wanted the bag so I kept it and tried sewing it myself, then the top handle stitches started to come loose and started breaking off shortly after. My last straw was only six months of having the bag Was the zipper and stitching of the entire bag completely coming off where you can see the all of products peaking out almost falling out which I included photos of as well… I also will add I have the relavel bags and used them up for 2 yrs with the same amount of weight inside and they still never broke like this they were just starting to wear which is why I wanted new… SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET THE RELAVEL BAGS… this is such a let down
