McVitie's Rich Tea Biscuits, 300 Gram (Pack of 6)

I have ordered these for several years. This is the first time my order was wrong. I received only 4 packages of crackers not the 6 I paid for. I will contact customer service.These are fresh and delicious and I will keep ordering them.

These are 1 of two of my favourite biscuits and my biggest concern was that they would come soft and/or stale off amazon, but from this seller they came fresh, crisp, and are indeed the original! For all those saying fake product from the packaging, the official packaging was recently changed so you'll see this plain light blue even in stores. And for the people saying "some came broken it's all ruined" hahahaha oh my goodness what... they are biscuits darling... some of them are gonna break... probably in transit lmao. Even when you buy them in-store some of the top ones are always broken. Obviously doesn't change the product quality itself! Tad priced up but not by much more, per packet!

I asked for replacement because they were too old and didn't fast fresh. However, I did not receive a response or replacement.

This is an excellent product. The Amazon shipping was bad. These come in a roll. Two cookies on the end of each roll was crushed. No packing under or above.

Great biscuits, as they always have been, but a lot were broken at each end. This is the fault of the shipper, which in this case was, I think, USPS. I know how those packages get thrown and dropped...

I like these and can no longer find them in local stores. They a wonderful with a cup of tea. They taste like dirt without tea, don't know how the English figured this out. The first time I ordered them, they came packaged and padded nicely inside the box. A couple on the ends were broken, no big deal. The next time, they were rolling around in a box with no padding and a couple of smaller items. Lost about a quarter of each package at each end. Not just broken, smashed into crumbs. This time they were packed with some brown paper but not enough to prevent a lot of shifting around. Crumbs at the ends again.

There appeared to be a significant problem with Amazon’s bundling the packages together in this shipment that I haven’t experienced before, resulting in a lot of broken, crumbling biscuits. Other than a shower of crumbs, the biscuits are lovely, as usual!
