Excellent product for SOUS VIDE.
A butifully engineered item. Holds my KitchenBoss (60mm diameter) SOUS VIDE wand with room to spare. No more looking for something to weigh down bags. Quick delivery. Well pleased. FYI: 4 tiny black zip ties need cutting off, an aid to stop rattling during delivery I think.

Good size and not overpriced. Add insulation!
This is far better than using your sous vide widget in a pan. It's got all you need to cover against evaporation and keep the bags submerged. Sturdy and no unnecessary or fragile bits. I built an insulation wrap for it using some "radiator reflector" insulation I had left (the one that looks like metallized bubble wrap). I think that's essential if you are going to do long duration slow cooking.

Unfortunately the first container I received the internal components were incorrectly fitted. Returned, refund given and another container ordered, which was perfect. Very happy with this purchase.

No more floating bags
I found this by accident on Amazon, did not know it existed. I can now cook 5-6 bags the same time. When the lid closes, it pushes the bags into the water leaving enough space for the water to circulate. The hole for the sous vide cooker is wide enough. The rubber around it seals the hole enough to prevent the water from vaporising, so I don't need to refill every hour or two! I can leave it for 8 hours and due to the isolation, even the heat lasts longer, so the cooker doesn't need to heat so much. On the negative side, it would be nice to be able to remove the lids easily to wash it. It is a bit of a hustle to clean the lid attached. Overall, I love it. Good quality for the money spent!
