The way the book takes you through the journey is very interesting. Plenty pictures, interesting way of depiction, reading never gets tedious.

The content is good. Gives a wholesome knowledge about almost all the nuances of raising capital. But is full of typo errors, printing mistakes and pages are stuck together. Overall requires a revision and correction.
