***UPDATE*** Customer Service has reached out to me and is sending me a new replacement cartridge for this machine. Even though my time was up for being able to return, they reached out to rectify the problem. They have been very helpful in getting this resolved. This is a great machine that works perfectly for what I need it for and is used daily. If you have an issue, reach out to Customer service. They are great and will help you! Will not work. Ink cartridge says abnormal when installed. Was a great printer when I started buying them although the replacement cartridge never would work I would just have to buy a new machine each time. This new one won’t even work with the cartridge that came with it. Was finishing up my previous before using this one so of course my return window is expired.

This is our 2nd handheld printer for our business, and we just loved how light it was compared our previous equipment! Initially we thought it didn’t even have a battery! The User Interface is crisp and the touch screen responds very well. The outside body has a nice firm grip, and does not feel like cheap plastic! It took literally a minute to boot and set up, and we have tried printing on our material, and it responds perfectly! The weight definitely plays a role when you are printing in bulk, and this one feels like we could get more done in the same time due to its light weight. Overall it does feel like money definitely well spent!

Ya hace 1,5 años desde que la compré y la verdad me a resultado muy muy buena. Soy dueño de una fábrica de productos bioquímicos para la industria y el hogar, y desde el momento que compramos esta impresora su uso ha sido continuo. No hemos tenido ningún inconveniente, a pesar de que ha tenido varios usuarios. Suele pasar que hay empleados que no cuidan los equipos, pero para mi sorpresa la impresora funciona como el primer día. La batería dura bastante (realmente bastante) por lo que la hace perfecta. Sinceramente no recuerdo cuándo fue la última vez que la puse a cargar. Al principio me daba miedo que la tinta se nos secara y fuese un problema, pero nunca nos pasó y también me daba miedo la duración de la tinta (porque estamos en Uruguay y aquí no consigo repuestos) pero me he dado cuenta que su consumo es bien económico y tenemos para mucho tiempo más de uso sin preocuparnos. La verdad, estoy muy contento con la compra y compré un segundo equipo para nuestra fábrica en USA. Nosotros la utilizamos para colocarle la fecha de vencimiento y lote a las etiquetas, lo hacemos antes de pegar los adhesivos a las botellas Muy recomendable.

The scanner worked great the first couple of months, now it's just so so. Cannot get a decent black ink cartridge, the cartridge that goes with it has not been in stock since I bought the scanner. I have ordered others but they do not work well with scanner. I have reached out to the seller, all they told me is that they are out of stock, but they do have the white cartridges. Not good customer service. Don't buy unless you can guarantee ink. Since I last wrote this, things have change. The seller reach out to us again and has resolved our cartridge problem. We now are getting a cartridge that goes with the scanner. Many thanks to the seller

Leak ink, ink only can used half of it.

Works great for a small warehouse. Since I bought it, I have not replaced the ink (1yr). It gets used for labeling. It does take time to get used to it and how to work it, but once you figure it out, then it is easy.
