How long does it take to get this leg pillow back in shape?

When the pillow comes out of the packaging it was wrapped in, it quickly takes shape. It is ready to use instantly.

Is it easy to remove the pillowcase for washing?

I would suggest you only put a pillow case on the large foam piece in which you put your leg. The other piece would be difficult to get into the pillow case at the same time. It would be too tight to get it in. You really don't have a reason to put that piece in because your leg isn't touching that part. I use a king size pillow case.

I'm 5.8 ft, will this leg pillow fit me?

I’m 5’10” and the leg pillow is fine for me. Keep in mind it has three pieces: the main pillow, a two to three inch detachable base, and an additional, small pillow to help adjust in the trough of the main pillow.
