This has been a great little tripod, the many customizations and Bluetooth remote incredibly helpful. My son is a music major and must record himself playing and performing. Unfortunatly his Ipad I a little heavy for the device while it fits it does make the stand slightly unstable and tends to have trouble staying locked in a position. Nevertheless it does work and is a very versatile and well made tripod

I'm giving you my honest review about this product. I had no clue what I was getting into when I purchased this tripod just needed something quick and affordable. But once it arrived? Game. Changer. The quality blew me away for the price sturdy, lightweight, and easy to set up. I was so impressed, I ended up buying three more. Yep, it was that good. I brought these tripods on a cruise, and let me tell you... I looked like a professional photographer on vacation. People were stopping to ask what gear I was using I felt like I should’ve handed out business cards 😂. It held my phone and tablet securely, handled windy decks like a champ, and gave me the perfect height and angle every time. Review for Joilcan M30 tripod with tablet holder. I bought this to pretty much just hold my tablet up, beside my bed at night. For that purpose, it does the job well. The clamp opens wide enough to hold my CASED Samsung Galaxy Tab a9+ quite firmly and securely. Caveat- that is a very long screw that you have to unscrew, to fit a tablet!! It needs a screwdriver hole in the top of it, to be able to use an electric screwdriver. Doesn't have one. The inside of the clamps have material in there to keep from scratching up a tablet, it's sub-par and not trustworthy. For a lightweight tripod it's fair. But missing some features of competitors in the price range. The biggest reason why I say pass is that when the attachment base is NOT securely tightened to the base of the tripod it RATTLES and WIGGLES. The feet are fixed. They won't sit evenly on uneven terrain. Others have feet on ball mounts that adapt. The remote works well, very basic functions. But unlike other tripods, there is no way to mount the remote to the tripod to keep it from getting lost. I had to put a key holder on it, and lash it to the tripod. There is no way to lock the 360 degree landscape turn style into position. There is no crank knob to adjust the height of the neck. Have to do so by pulling or pushing the neck. Sounds small, but if your gear is mounted on this, that's a risk you don't want to take! Cheap, hollow knob for controlling the 360 landscape, that is longer than it needs to be. Bumping into it, and knocking off the shot. Since that doesn't lock. As a stand, it's fine. As a photo or video tool, there are other tripods more worth the buck.

I so needed a light weight, easily adjustable tall tripod and this works great for auditions. It is easy to use because the clips that adjust the legs are large enough to grasp to open and close. I bought a photo adapter for the tripod and it makes videos super easy with all the ways the tripod can tilt. It is fairly stable for my phone but unsure I would put a heavy duty camera on it if it was not on level ground. So it's stability works for my use whoch makes life easier and any tool that does this has a great value for the money.
