My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔

I've been struggling with hair loss for years now, and read really good reviews for this. I've now been taking it for around 7 months, and I have experienced faster hair and nail growth, and stronger nails. However, it has not helped me at all with hair density/thickness. If anything, I've lost even more hair, though not due to this, just due to the nature of hair loss. For me, my hair and nails already grow fast, so it was not beneficial for me to have the effects of this. But I'm happy I gave it a try. It's affordable and didn't bother my stomach at all. I'll probably stop taking it when I run out of this last bottle.

Great for aging bones

I’m 66 and have way fewer wrinkles than others in my age range. Been taking two of these a day for years. It has to be some of the reason (along with eating healthy, exercise and drinking a lot of water). Not cheap but I’d say it’s worth it.
