How can i replacement brightness? I want to clean out my sewers.

It only gets so bright. There isn't an option to add brightness. If you want to clean out your sewer, I would suggest a different, more powerful light source. If you want to look and see what is behind or inside of a wall or maybe some duct work then this works for that.

Is there a language option in the app for Polish?

Can I use this inspection camera in the water under 4ft?

Meantime it can work with IP67 waterproof that you can work anywhere include water tank, inspection&repair, sewer pipeline detectors, motor vehicle inspection and other issue.
