Replacement
My daughter and son in law has older versions. So I don't like having to pay that much for a phone, but it has been a good experience. Just wish someone would make a car holder that would hold it on the dash or suctioned to the windshield.

Front piece is flimsy garbage
Hello! I've had this case for about two months. The front piece of the case has been an obnoxious issue the entire time. This morning, the case has mercifully put my out of my misery by breaking and leaving my phone in tact.I simply dropped my phone this morning (about 4 feet onto hardwood), and fortunately my phone remained undamaged (possibly that means the case did what was intended). However, the front piece of the case broke at the corner. At first, I thought "no big deal, that's what is probably supposed to happen. Case breaks. Phone doesn't." After spending about an hour trying to find Samsung's support for this and getting passed around support agents, I am given the simple reply that the warranty "does not cover physical damage." So if this is the intended behavior, than I suppose they intend for you to buy a new case each time you drop your phone.I've decided to move on and just buy a different case from a provider who seems like they may actually be interested in protecting my phone. I did find a useful video by searching "Best Cases for Sumsung Galaxy Z Fold 5", if you are like me and would prefer some alternative offerings.Other things I did not like about this case:The s-pen always feels like it will sit steady and flush with the back of the case when I set it. But after a few minutes, I find it comes loose and starts rolling around with a very light touch. On a few occasions, it fell out without the pen being directly touched. The mechanism for releasing the pen is also a bit awkward and feels like a bit of a design hack.Other case makers put some care into protecting the hinge or spine of the phone, and I would have appreciated that with this case.I also personally do not like the pen. I think I can take that as a consequence of the slim design, and I don't really hold that against them. What did I like about the case?I liked that it held a pen, it is relatively slim, and aside from the mechanism for holding the pen, the back piece of the case felt functional and stayed on well.

Not Samsung OEM
Knockoff case..Not Samsung branded. Real case from Samsung is different. Samsung OEM is better quality, but it does fit and comes with S pen. For the price it is OK

Samsung's Near-Perfect Case for Z-Fold 5
This case is a vast improvement over previous Samsung cases. It’s easy to install and the front part doesn’t fly off when you drop the phone. It doesn’t block the flash in the back. All the radios work, such as, wireless charging, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, and cell phone service. It’s thinner and lighter than most other Fold 5 cases. It does not have a screen protector, but f you think you need one, you would be better off with one of those plastic film protectors anyway. It also doesn’t protect the hinge completely, but that hasn’t been a problem for me.

Pretty disappointing for a brand-name case
From the cover screen frame to the S-Pen holder, I just expected a lot more from this case. The back part stays on just fine, clipping into place over the back half of the phone, but the front is held on by adhesive strips that just don't last. After barely 2 weeks, the strips along the top no long stuck, and now, not even a month in, the entire front frame just comes off while the phone is in my pocket. It's a good thing I basically baby my Fold, because I have very little faith that this case will actually do much of anything to protect the device if I were to drop it. On top of it all, the slot that holds the S-Pen is pitiful. Half the time I take the Fold out of my pocket or even pick it up, the Pen just falls completely out of the slot. There's enough room in the cavity that it can spin around freely, and if it's 90 degrees off from perfectly flat, then it'll just fall right out. And that's before I get into how comparatively awful the Pen's actual functionality is noticeably worse than my Galaxy Notes. Even compared to my old Note 4, an entry made before they added full wireless connectivity to the stylus, the Fold 5 S-Pen doesn't function anywhere near as competently. I feel like I have to press harder into the main screen to make it react the way I want it to, which makes me understandably nervous. Oh, and it only works on the main screen. It doesn't do jack on the cover screen.Playing Devil's Advocate, I don't know for certain how fair my criticisms regarding the case itself are. From what I'm seeing in reviews of, say, the Otterbox cases - a brand that I can usually reliably count on with my non-folding phones - they too appear to have their own issues regarding either lackluster cover screen adhesive strips or else flimsy joints connecting the case halves. But that being said, this in-house Samsung-branded case for my current-gen Samsung phone makes me wonder just how viable this phone format is if even the phone makers can't offer competent protection for their own product. I feel like it's so close to being good, but a lot of why it sucks is just because it's trying to being a lightweight, low-profile case for a phone that folds in half. Either way, I'm beyond unimpressed.

Clunky case, but I love it so far
I originally didn't plan on buying a case because I hardly ever drop my phone. However, after using it for a month, I found the phone to be too slippery, and I was worried about it getting scratched when left in the car. Additionally, I wanted to have a pen with me. I use this phone quite a lot for reading, and I like to highlight key content while reading, so having a pen handy is very convenient. Therefore, I bought this case. I saw reviews online saying that the pen tends to fall out easily, but I found that to be not a problem at all, it's very secure. This case made my phone feel much heavier, but I feel much more at ease using it now.
