Burned Dreams: A Forbidden Mafia Bodyguard Romance (Perfectly Imperfect) Paperback – 28 July 2023

This series is something else, and now I can’t help but wonder about Kai I hope there is a book about him to.

Not my favourite of the series but still good. Took ages for anything to happen, slow going and then it all kicked off in the last quarter excitement wise.

This is my second time reading all books ,but this time in order and OMG still so interesting,the story just flows and I can't help it but go deep inside and continue my journey with these incredible characters. The next one is one of my favourite 💕💕💕

This was a quick read for me. I enjoyed the first 60% of the book — the tension and slow burn was addictive at first. But, it felt like the last 40% was rushed, and so the pacing of the story got weird … and it just lost me a bit, to be honest.Strong characters with fire chemistry, I just wish more happened after they first got together, rather than it already nearing the conclusion.I like that it includes characters from other books though.For fans of:Bodyguard x clientMafiaForbiddenEnemies to Lovers (kinda)SpicySlow burn

Love the series, the first one isn't my favourite but the second is amazing

Absolutely love the story line on this one, great character etc. The only complaint I have is that their relationship felt so rushed! Especially on Az’s side, there’s should’ve been more encounters, close calls etc that build his feelings for her, it felt fast for someone who’s been holding on to revenge for 8 years.

Az and Ravenna.Az wants revenge and who can blame him. Years of anticipation and finally getting near to the person who was responsible for his wife Natalie’s death Rocco. His plans start to falter when he eyes lay on Rocco’s wife Ravenna.Ravenna is a strong female she’s having to pay for her brothers debt and marry Rocco. The mental and physical abuse she endures never discourages her from her goal which is to runaway. The way Ravenna sets everything up making her herself look like a trophy wife with the shopping and spa trips and visiting her mom was a very clever way of her making money so she can plan her escape for herself, her mom and brother.Although Az wants to anticipate his revenge on Ravenna to as she’s Rocco’s wife he seems to get drawn to her and his feelings are changing because now he wants Ravenna.I’d say this book is very clearly written with the way Az sets things up. How he manages to blow up places and zig zagging his way so no security camera can capture him, even when it comes to faking his death. Both Az and Ravenna’s scheming ways to get what they want and wanting out a very cleverly written.Both also share amazing chemistry and reader is also on edge thinking they might get caught.I actually wanted a scene were everyone learns of Rocco’s true nature and find out his secret too. That man deserved humiliation.Just like Sergei Az also shares a funny banter relationship with Felix(known as Albert in book 3) it was nice reunion between the three. A mission to save another former recruit Kai.

Another excellent story from this author in this series of books. I loved all of the characters and the story line. It is very well written and entertaining
