WELL WORTH THE MONEY
good quaility item very strong and capable of keeping solar panels bolted down to the roof of my boat even when we had the strong storm winds lately .... would defo buy again if i needed to

Good quality easy and straight forward to install
One gripe and one only. The angle brackets that take 3 bolts (2 top + 1 Side) are hard to setup as the side bolt is right up against one of he upper bolts. One suggestion, the angle needed to set for UK latitude to catch the most sun and some sort of throw away tool to help set that up I also confirm that a 4" (100mm) diameter pole is needed. Mine came with brackets for my already ordered 100W panel Took me half hour to assemble

BEWARE END CLAMPS!
Very high quality BUT if you are buying the polar mount kit on its own and not part of a deal with an accompanying solar panel make sure to message the seller and specify the size of panel you are intending to mount, as the mounting end clamps come in different sizes depending on solar panel size, ie 35mm for 100w panel, 30mm for 50w panel. Renogy were good enough to send me the correct end clamps after contacting them. None of this caused me any great loss but if you are in a hurry to set up then messaging the seller with your intentions will save you a lot of delay. Otherwise, this is the best quality kit I could fine online for pole mounting. Highly recommended.

50w Renogy Panel
Good quality, solid. I purchased the Renogy 50w panel to go with this Renogy mount (for 50w/100w) and noticed it didn’t fit... Checked inside the manual and all the 50w panels are shown to be ‘incompatible’ with this Mount (80 and below incompatible). Not sure why it says 50w… or what other Renogy 50w I could use. Have included page.

Missing parts
For a product that is essentially nuts, bolts, washers and brackets, to be missing half the washers is pretty poor.
