Cosmic ShimmerMetallic Gilding Polish, Acrylic, Enchanted Gold, 50ml

I have worked with gilding wax for many years and just love the shimmer effect after it has been polished and is so easy to use. I used it as a background (this time) on my Christmas canvases, then painted onto the gilding wax. The results was and still is amazing. I have also used it on my resin makes and again the end result is fantastic. I think they are a bit pricey but then what isnt these days.

Stumbled over this stuff and thought I'd give it a try... along with the mountain of other craft stuff I have...And have to say, I was actually surprised at how awesome this stuff is!Once it dried (which didn't take long) it stayed put on the wooden embroidery hoop and fabric I tried. None of it rubbed off onto my hands after it dried... like 0. None. No little glittery flakes like with other metallic products........needless to say I was amazed and did go buy the polish in a total of 5 colors.The sponge in the handle is nothing short of handy and I'll definitely be seeing if I can't live without any of the other colors as well!

This product was slightly cheaper than the brand I bought before, there's a plus. The online photograph is deceiving it gives you the impression that it is a smaller jar that it actually is. I used the product today, it is a beautiful product with no smell. I am very happy indeed and I highly recommend this product.

Really good, wanted to highlight a frame around a box shelf, once I’d managed to remove the applicator from the lid (!) it went on very easily, good sized pot so should last ages.

Lovely consistency which makes this very easy to apply. Make great backgrounds or just add touches of metallic shimmer. Works well with clear stamps (washes off with warm, soapy water) - ideal for adding sentiments to greetings cards. Especially brilliant that it has its own applicator with built in storage. Much better than another well-known make. Suggest searching for tutorials online to show how to get the best out of it. Now going to order more colours...

Lovely rich autumnal red, smooth application and looks really nice on my projects. Used it on an unprimed wooden box and it went on beautifully. Nice softly metallic finish, not garish. It has a sponge applicator which clips into the top of the lid, which it is advised that you wash before the first use. I used washing up liquid, but make sure you rinse thoroghly and squeeze out any excess. This is a water soluble medium, so cleans off hands etc easily

I love this product - I paint rocks mostly and it covers really well and dries quickly so suits my style of working. Highly recommend.

Bought to pick out the detail on my 3D prints, and it does the job incredibly well. It's easy to apply, and a little goes a long way, so this jar will probably last years (unless it dries out, of course).
