Replaced because the original screen was glitching, not cracked. Had it replaced at a shop and it was very dim and still glitching. Took a chance with this Simdog replacement and it works great so far. Face ID and true tone work just fine. I didn't use the adhesive for water resistance because I wanted to make sure it worked first. Instruction were clear. Would buy again.

Color is off, refresh rate is off, auto dimming doesn’t work, lower resolution than original. Color is completely off, true tone makes everything warm. Refresh rate is 57hz instead of 60, feels sluggish Lower ppi seemingly. Auto dimming doesn’t work.

Easy install but my screen from I fixit had a thinner screen and was actually oled this screen seems to be a led. I also have a dead pixel spot in the middle of similar to when you push on a monitor screen for a couples seconds and let go but this is permanent. Just finished install cheap working product obviously not the highest quality but not bad for 50$

I have bought this product twice. Not a problem with the product itself but my son! If you are handy and patient this is a great kit to replace a broken or defective screen on an iPhone 11 Pro. It comes with all the tools you need to open the phone. The best part about it is the screen organizer where it tells you which screwdriver to use and has a slot for you to save the screw until you need to put it back in. Take your time! For the first timers this will probably take you an hour to complete. There are pleanty of YouTube video’s available to assist you.

I bought this item on August 7th 2024. It comes with a 6 month warranty. A week ago, one inch along the whole left side of the screen is non-responding to touch. It's about a few weeks from being out of warranty. The original packaging anf their website does not have a contact email address. This should be interesting .... 🤨 (no cracks, marks or chips on the screen, btw) I’m now about a week from the end of the 6 month warranty and have no way to contact the seller. I can’t return thru Amazon. The screen shows no signs or damage, aside from the unresponsive screen. Just uploaded a video showing the issue. DON’T BUY THIS ITEM, OR FROM THIS SELLER!!! No way to use the warranty/guarantee.

The packaging had a premium feel to it for a good price and I love the quality of the screen and the fact they included a screw mat. I didn’t have the original screen so I didn’t get to test the True Tone tool but still love the convenience of having one for future screen replacements

The instructions were poor. But thank god for YouTube. The screen quality is better than I expected for a $50 screen. The tools that it comes with are extremely cheap. The suction cup broke on me. I was able to get the screen off with an older suction cup that I had from a battery replacement. So far the screen is working fine. I had to do a hard reboot after 4 days of installing it, due to the touch function freezing on the screen. After the hard reboot, the screen worked normally again. I give the screen a 4 out of 5 so far. I would definitely have an iPhone tool set or order better tools than it comes with to do the installation.
